摘 要: 为了解决蜂窝陶瓷产品质量在线检测问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的蜂窝陶瓷自动检测系统,介绍了检测系统的体系结构,提出了基于PC+PLC的检测系统控制方案,根据高速摄像机获取蜂窝陶瓷各个面的图像,提出了一种内切圆逐次逼近定位算法,根据实际情况设计了一种针对蜂窝陶瓷图像形状的测量方法,以检测产品是否符合允许误差;实验验证了系统的有效性和检测算法的可行性,系统实现了蜂窝陶瓷质量的快速、精确在线检测,提高了生产效率。 In order to solve the problem of honeycomb ceramics product quality on--line inspection, a machine--vision--based honeycomb ceramics inspection system is presented. The system structure and control system based on PC and PLC are designed. The high speed cameras obtained the images of the honeycomb ceramics. The algorithm of successive approximation location is illustrated in detail. The system gives a judgment that the product is qualified or unqualified. A great deal of experiments demonstrates that the detection algorithm is ef- fective and the device is feasible. The system achieves the quality of honeycomb ceramic quickly and accurately on--line inspection, raises the production efficiency.
