摘　　要： 随着经济全球化和贸易自由化的不断深入,国际经济贸易环境发生了深刻变化,贸易救济形式呈现出从单一化的反倾销或反补贴措施向反倾销反补贴双项措施联动发展的趋势。基于世贸组织贸易规则,对国内外反倾销反补贴措施主要研究成果进行梳理和总结,并提出双项措施联动实施未来的研究方向,对于国际贸易持续健康发展和我国反倾销反补贴实践具有重要的理论和现实指导意义。 With the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, international economic and trade environment has undergone a profound change. Trade remedy form changes from an anti-dumping or countervailing single measure to an anti-dumping and countervailing linkage measure. Based on the WTO trade rules, it is of theoretical and practical significance to sort out the main research results of domestic and foreign anti-dumping and countervailing measures. It is also of importance to propose the future development of linkage measures for sustained international trade and China＇s anti-dumping and countervailing practices.
