摘 要: 应用化学发光法测定甘蔗糖厂混合汁浮渣中油脂类提取物对羟基自由基(OH·)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的清除能力。实验结果显示,提取物清除羟基自由基的EC50为3.97μg/mL,清除超氧阴离子自由基的EC50为12.38μg/mL,表明该提取物具有较好的自由基清除能力及抗氧化活性。 Chemiluminescence assay was used to detect the OH· and O2-· free radical scavenging abilities of the extract which came from scum of mixed juice in sugarcane mill.Results showed that the extract did well in the free radical scavenging test,the EC50 of the OH·scavenging was 3.97 μg/mL,and 12.38 μg/mL for O2-· scavenging.The extract exhibited good free radical scavenging ability and antioxidative activity.
