摘　　要： 宿舍文化建设是贯彻落实大学生素质教育不容忽视的一个主题。大学生宿舍文化具有思想道德素质与政治理论素质教育、人文素质与科学素质教育、心理素质与交际素质教育及业务素质教育等功能。以问卷调查与深入访谈所获取的资料为样本,分析探讨大学生宿舍文化的素质教育功能,指出当前大学生宿舍文化建设面临着文化品位走低、知识范围偏窄等问题,进而提出应从学校政策引导、实践活动激励与校园文化熏陶等方面加强大学生宿舍文化建设,以培养高素质的大学生。 Construction of college student dormitory culture is a crucial topic that can not be neglected when implementing the quality-oriented education of college students.College student dormitory culture in quality-oriented education has the following functions： ideological,ethical and political quality education,humanistic and scientific quality education,mental,communicative and professional quality education and so on.The samples are from questionnaire surveys and in-depth interview data.This paper researches and explores the quality-oriented education functions of college student dormitory culture,points out that the current construction of dormitory culture are faced with low cultural taste,narrow knowledge sphere and other issues and proposes that university should make guidance by policy,encourage students by practical activities and exert influence on them by campus culture in order to cultivate high-quality students.
