摘 要: 迷迭香提取物经初步预处理后,通过RP-C18填料对其进行分离纯化得到鼠尾草酸。采用ORAC(oxygen radicalabsorbance capacity)分析方法测定鼠尾草酸的抗氧化能力指数,并与常用的合成抗氧剂BHA、BHT及天然抗氧化剂VE进行对比。结果表明,当洗脱剂为甲醇∶0.1%磷酸=80∶20(V/V),负载量为1.5g,洗脱速度为4mL/min时,对鼠尾草酸的分离效果较好,其纯度≥94%,回收率≥93%。同时,ORAC测定结果表明,鼠尾草酸的抗氧化能力指数是BHT、VE的3倍,而低于BHA。 Carnosic acid was separated and purified from the pretreated rosemary extract by RP-C18 Silica gel.Its antioxidant capacity was determined by ORAC,and compared with VE,BHA and BHT.When methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(80∶20)was used as mobile phase at flow rate of 4 mL/min and 1.5 g pretreated rosemary extract was loaded,the purity of carnosic acid can be more than 94% and percent recovery can be more than 93%.And its antioxidant capacity was three times greater than VE and BHT,but less than BHA.
