摘　　要： 本文运用对数平均Divisia指数分解法LMDI对1996～2008年长三角都市圈十五个城市工业能源消耗强度的影响因素进行分解,并在此基础上,使用面板数据模型对影响该时期长三角都市圈工业能源效率的因素进行实证分析,研究结论主要有:工业资本与工业劳动比、重化工业产值与工业产值比、工业能源技术变化对工业能源效率有显著的正影响;人均能源消耗和外商投资企业产出占比对能源效率有显著的负影响;人均工业产值对工业能源效率有负影响,并且人均工业产值和工业能源效率之间存在U型关系。未来长三角都市圈提高工业能源效率的选择是:注重发展高加工度的工业、产业的合理布局、产业的转型升级。 This paper used logarithmic mean Divisia index （LMDI） techniques to decompose influencing factors of industrial energy consumption intensity in Metropolitan Regions of Yangtze River delta （15 cities） during 1996 -2008. Based on the research, the paper handled fixed effect＇s model of panel data to empirically analyze the influencing factors of industrial energy consumption efficiency in Metropolitan Regions of Yangtze River delta during this period. Research conclusion is as follows： industrial capital/industrial labor, product of heavy industry and chemistry industry/product of industry, technological change of industrial energy have a varying degree positive effect on industrial energy efficiency ;per capita application amount of energy ,and product of factories of FDI have a varying degree minus effect on industrial energy efficiency ; per capita product of industry have a varying degree positive effect on industrial energy intensity , and there is a relationship of U form between per capita product of industry and industrial energy efficiency. In the future, the choice is as follows which reduce the industri- al energy consumption intensity in Metropolitan Regions of Yangtze River delta： paying attention to develop industry of high machining degree ; reasonable distribution of industry; transformation and upgrading of industry.
