摘 要: 本文选取13家中小银行作为样本,首先采用因子分析法对样本银行经营绩效进行评价,在此基础上,从宏微观两个层面分别建立影响因素模型。实证结果表明,宏观因素对中小银行经营绩效影响显著;外资持股比例对银行经营绩效的影响不显著;银行资产规模与银行经营绩效存在正相关关系;员工薪酬激励及员工素质与银行经营绩效存在正相关关系;通过公开上市可以提高银行经营绩效;而董事会规模与银行经营绩效负相关。因此,在中小银行经营发展过程中,应逐步增强抗宏观风险的能力,保持适当的资产规模,控制董事会规模,着力改善员工报酬。 This paper selects a sample of 13 small and medium banks and uses the factor analysis to evaluate performance of the sample banks. Based on it, we establish a factors model from macro and micro aspects. The empirical results show the following conclusions: 1) the macro factors have a significant effect on the small and medium banks performance as the effect of foreign share is not obvious ; 2) the size of bank assets, the employee reward and quality are all positively correlated with its performance; 3) banks can improve their business performance through IPO; 4) the size of board is negatively correlated to business performance. Therefore, in its development process, the small and medium banks should gradually strength the capability of resistance to macro risks, maintain an appropriate asset size, control the size of board and make efforts to improve the reward of its employees.
