摘 要: 根据YB1502型变速器总成结构和工作原理,运用基本静力学分析,得到各挡离合器总成与箱体之间的最大轴承力,作为箱体有限元分析的边界载荷;采用有限元分析方法对箱体进行强度分析,得到最大应力与最大变形量分布情况;对箱体做轻量化处理后,以相同边界载荷进行强度校核;最终将YB1502型变速器箱体壁厚减去2mm。 According to the structure and working principles of model YB1502 transmission casing,we utilized basic static analysis to get max bearing load of each speed between clutch assembly and the gear box,which is se as the boundary load of finite element analysis Meanwhile,we made strength analysis of box body to obtain the distribution of max stress and max deformation.After lighter weight treatment of the gear box,strength verification had been carried out on the same boundary loads.Finally,the body wall of mode YB 1520 transmission box had been cut 2 mm off.
