摘 要: 对卢氏鸡在笼养和地面平养方式下血液生理指标进行比较研究。选用1日龄健康卢氏鸡公雏240只,随机分成2个处理组,每组120只,设6个重复,其中1个处理组笼养,另1个处理组地面平养。测定红、白细胞数量、血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积、红细胞渗透脆性、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白质量浓度。结果表明,21日龄和42日龄时,地面平养组的红、白细胞数量、血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积以及平均红细胞血红蛋白含量和平均红细胞血红蛋白质量浓度都比笼养组的高,但两组之间未出现显著性差异(P>0.05);但是,笼养组的红细胞渗透脆性和平均红细胞体积都比地面平养的高,两组之间也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,地面平养方式能够改善卢氏鸡机体的血液生理功能,更有利于适应环境引起的机体生理功能的变化。 The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of rearing on floor and in battery on blood physiologic indexes in Lushi chickens.240 one-day-old male Lushi chickens were randomly divided into two groups.One group was rearing on floor,the other was rearing in battery.The count of red blood cell(RBC) and white blood cell(WBC),concentration of blood hemoglobin(Hb),packed cell volume(PCV),osmotic fragility(OF),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) were examined.The results showed that the amount of RBC,WBC,Hb concentration and PCV,MCH and MCHC of those reared on floor were higher than reared in battery at 21 and 42 days,but no significant different was found(P0.05).However,the OF and MCV of those reared in battery were higher than reared on floor at 21 and 42 days,but there was no significant difference between in battery and reared on floor of Lushi chickens(P0.05).These findings suggest that the blood physiologic functions of Lushi chickens reared on floor are improved.
