摘　　要： 文章在深入分析知识中介内涵与机理的基础上,提出知识中介的3种模式,其中知识中介者网络模式是最重要的一种。对于知识转移过程来说,概念本身是有价值的隐性知识,概念关联结构同样是有价值的隐性知识。基于知识中介的关键就在于将知然类型知识的显性化问题转换为知人类型知识的显性化,将搜索隐性知识本身转换为搜索拥有相关隐性知识的专家或组织成员。形式概念分析是一种很好的知识可视化工具,概念格可以用来描述专家拥有的知识体系结构,从而帮助知识中介者快速选择最适合的专家。 Based on the deep analysis of the connotation and mechanism of knowledge brokering, this paper proposes 3 models of knowledge brokering, among them, the knowledge broker network model is the most important one. For the knowledge transfer process, the concept itself is valuable tacit knowledge and the concept association structure is also valuable tacit knowledge. The key factors in tacit knowledge transfer based on knowledge brokering are transferring the explicitness of know-how knowledge into the explicitness of knows-who knowledge and transferring the search of tacit knowledge itself into the search of experts or organization members who own the relevant tacit knowledge. Formal concept analysis is a very good knowledge visualization tool. The concept lattices can be used to describe the experts＇ knowledge system, thus helping the knowledge brokers select the most suitable experts quickly.
