软弱破碎围岩隧道大变形机理及处治

摘  要: 首先对郭家川2#隧道大变形的特征及产生机理进行了全面分析,指出该隧道发生初期支护大变形的主要原因;进而在对现有隧道初期支护大变形常用处治方法(包括加固措施及侵界处治措施)进行综合分析比较的基础上,有针对性地提出了治理郭家川2#隧道初期支护大变形的加固方法及侵限处治措施,即地表封闭、洞内成环、侵界调坡的方案;为充分发挥围岩的自承自稳能力,提出了以柔克刚,以刚克柔,软岩硬进,硬岩软进的支护原则。实践证明,该方法在软弱破碎围岩条件及大变形处治过程中是行之有效的。 The feature and mechanism of the large deformation of Guojiachuan tunnel No. 2 in Shaanxi Province was comprehensively analyzed, and then the main reasons of the large deformation in the primary support of the tunnel were pointed out. On the basis of analyzing and comparing the existing treating the methods of large deformation of primary support ( including the consolidating schemes and treating methods of the intrusion into clearance ), the consolidating scheme and treating method for Guojiachuan tunnel No. 2 were presented, which can be summarized as closing ground surface, forming support ring and adjusting route gradient. For playing the role of self bearing capacity of the surrounding rock fully, the supporting principle was summarized as softness against steeliness and steeliness against softness, which means soft support for rigid rock and rigid support for soft rock. The practice shows that the treating method and the principle are effective.
