摘 要: 目的:通过比较不同强度和持续时间的体育锻炼形式对机体血液免疫指标等方面的影响,为正确选择最佳健身方式提供参考依据,进而避免超大运动负荷对机体的损害。方法:受试者分为大、中、小强度练习组,每个练习组又按运动时间分为三个小组。在程控跑台上分别进行为期三个月的练习。从免疫球蛋白的含量、循环免疫复合物(CIC)含量、红细胞总数、白细胞分类计数、红细胞(RBC)-SOD的活性、血浆丙二醛(MDA)浓度等方面进行测试。结果表明:运动量对血液免疫指标的影响要比运动强度大。 The purpose of this paper was to provide the best body-building method with sound supporting reasons so that damages on organisms from high exercise-load could be avoided based on the study of the influence on the immune competence index of organisms from exercise intensity and exercise time of human body.The method introduced was that subject researchers consisted of the high,medium and small exercise intensity groups which were further divided into three sub-groups according to their respective exercise time.These groups were supposed to do a three-month exercise on the program-controlled running platform.Tests were taken in terms of the content of iammunoglobulin,the categorization of white blood cells,circulating immunocomplex,the liveness of RBS-SOD,the consistensy of blood plasma,etc.The result showed that the amount of exercise had greater influence on the immunocompetence index of organisms than that from the exercise intensity.
