摘 要: 分析了高速铣削高锰钢过程中铣削温度受切削参数的影响规律。利用自制的测温系统测量刀具与工件界面温度和测量工件中的温度分布,结果显示工件温度峰值低于刀-工界面温度,刀-工界面温度变化规律和工件温度变化规律与传统的加工机理相符合,即切削速度(主轴转速)对刀-工界面温度和工件最高温度有显著的影响,随着切削速度的增加,工件平均温度及最高温度上升,而进给速度对刀-工界面温度和工件最高温度的影响不甚显著。 The influence law of cutting parameter on milling temperature in high speed milling high manganese steel process is analyzed in this article.With self-made temperature measurement system the interface temperature between measuring tools and the workpieces and temperature distribution in the workpieces are measured,which result demonstrats the thermal peak value inside workpiece is lower than that of the interface.The temperature change rule of the interface and workpieces matches the traditional processing mechanism,namely the cutting speed(main shaft rotational speed)has remarkable influence upon theinterface temperature and the maximum temperature of workpiece.With cutting speed increasing,workpiece average temperature and maximum temperature rise,however,it is not so remarkable of the influence for feeding rate upon the interface temperature and workpiece maximum temperature.
