摘　　要： 立足于中国城市空间的转型分析,从单位视角系统梳理了市场化转型和去单位化的过程和制度因素;在此基础上,结合"十二五"规划,分析了城市空间社会化转型的低碳、公平和生活质量等前沿面向,呼吁城市规划在环境保护、社会公共和生活服务等方面的政策化转型和价值回归。最后,从城市空间组织模式转型和"再单位化"的角度,借鉴单位的空间组织思想,概要阐述了新单位主义的空间思想,以期开拓面向未来30年城市规划和城市空间发展转型的城市空间组织理论。 From a Danwei perspective, we made, a retrospective and theoretical analysis for the transformation of Urban China, focusing on the process of institutional changes. Based on the conceptual framework proposed and other issues indentified in the 12th five-years plan, we advocate social transformation in urban China toward low-carbon, social equity and quality development,. Hence China needs to forge an urban planning paradigm shift toward environment conservation, public policy and daily service. At the end of this paper, neo-danweism, a new urban spatial theory is proposed and elaborated, which may .be used to guide urban planning and urban development in the next 30 years.
