摘 要: 根据欧盟玩具安全新指令(2009/48/EC)的要求,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定玩具材料中硼、铝、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞、铅17种可迁移元素含量,使用碰撞反应池技术消除某些多原子离子干扰。方法检出限为0.5~75μg/kg,加标回收率在85.4%~109%之间,相对标准偏差:1.0%~5.6%,方法满足欧盟玩具安全新指令的检测要求,适合出口欧盟玩具中可迁移元素的测定。 According to the new EU toy safety directive(2009/48/EC),the contents of B,Al,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ba,Hg,Pb from toy materials were determined by ICP-MS.Collision cell technique(CCT) was used to eliminate the polyatomic ion effect on certain elements in ICP-MS.The method detection limits were in the range of 0.5~75 μg/kg,meanwhile,the proposed method was applied to the analysis of toy materials.The average recoveries of this method were in the range of 85.4%~109%,and relative standard deviations(RSDs) were between 1.0% and 5.6 %.This method can meet the testing requirement of EU directives of toy materials.
