摘 要: 采用分布式光纤光栅传感器网络测量石油井架静态载荷实验应力,利用Modbus RTU通信协议通过光纤光栅解调仪串口自动采集实验数据。通过OLE和MatrixVB组件技术,实现了VB、Access与Matlab软件的混合编程,Matlab程序负责试验数据的计算与绘图,试验数据与计算结果均写入Access后台数据库中,从而形成了一套适用于现场操作的石油井架承载能力计算机检测系统。 Static-load-experiment strain of the oil rig derrick was measured by mean of the distributed FBG(fiber bragg grating) sensor network,and the experimental data were automatically collected by the serial port of FBG signal demodulator and Modbus RTU communication protocol.Multi-language programming with VB,Access and Matlab was implemented with the techniques of OLE and MatrixVB component.The experimental data was calculated and plotted by the Matlab program,and the results were saved into the Access background database.Finally,the safety-investigation computer system for the carrying capacity of the oil rig derrick was realized,especially for field operations.
