我国职工退休年龄影响因素的实证研究

摘  要: 当前我国劳动力逐渐短缺,职工退休年龄直接关系到我国劳动力供给的数量和结构。使用2011年在广东省21个地市的问卷调查数据,研究影响职工退休年龄问题的影响因素。实证研究表明,工资、工龄对职工退休年龄的影响显著为正。养老金对男职工退休年龄的影响显著为负。机关事业单位职工的退休年龄更晚。教育年限对女职工的影响显著为正。已婚、配偶在职的女职工退休更早,而当其配偶退休时,女职工会选择更晚退休。职务高的职工退休更晚,而低职务职工的退休年龄更早。 With China's labor force being on the decline today, the setting of retirement age will directly affect the quantity and structure of the labor supply in China. This article used the survey data from 21 cities in Guangdong province to investigate the determinants of retirement age of workers. The results of the empirical study showed that salaries and work tenures had a significantly positive effect on the retirement age of workers. The pension benefit had a significantly negative effect on the retirement age of male workers. Staff of government institutions and public agencies retired at a later age. The education years had a significantly positive effect on the retirement age of female workers. The female workers who were married and had working spouses tended to retire earlier. However, if their spouses had retired, the female workers would retire later. The workers with higher positions would retire later, and retired earlier if thev had lower nosilios.
