摘  要: 应用ANSYS软件对聚甲醛(POM)/乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/CaCO_3拉伸过程中界面应力及其分布进行了数值模拟,以考察相邻的EVA粒子与CaCO_3粒子之间的相互作用对界面应力及其分布的影响。EVA粒子与CaCO_3粒子之间存在明显的应力集中,尤其是CaCO_3粒子靠近EVA粒子的一侧;两粒子的最大剪切应力都偏离了45°,且呈现不对称性。最大剪切应力和最大压缩应力都发生在弹性体粒子界面上。此外,两粒子之间的相互作用较弹性体和CaCO_3粒子的影响更大。 The numerical simulation of interracial stress and its distribution of the polyoxymethylene (POM)/ ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/CaCO3 eomposite during tensile process were performed by means of ANSYS software in order to gain an insight into the effects of interaction between adjacent EVA and CaCO3 particles on the interfacial stress and its distribution. There was obvious stress concentration between the two particles, especially at the side of CaCO3 particles close to EVA particles; the maximum interracial shear stress of both the two particles deviated by 45° with asymmetry. Both the maximum shear stress and compress stress occurred at the interface of EVA particles. Furthermore, the influence of the interaction between the two particles was greater than that of either EVA particles or CaCO3 particles.
