人工培育条件下绿鳍马面鲀Thamnaconus modestus胚胎发育的研究

摘  要: 2010年春、夏季对绿鳍马面鲀的人工繁育技术进行研究。以驯化的2~4龄野生绿鳍马面鲀作为亲鱼,人工采卵、半干法授精获得发育同步的受精卵。受精卵孵化条件:水温为(21.0±0.5)℃,S为32~33,pH为7.8~8.2,微充气。对绿鳍马面鲀的胚胎发育进行观察、拍照,分析各发育时期的发育时序和形态特征。绿鳍马面鲀受精卵为圆球形粘性端黄卵,卵膜厚、网纹密布,卵子直径(0.607±0.03)mm(n=37),卵黄均匀透明;发育早期有多个大小差异极大油球(18~83个,n=37),但在孵化之前合并成为1个大的油球。其胚胎发育可分为卵裂前期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、器官发生期、尾芽期、肌肉效应期、脱膜孵化期共9个时期。在水温(21.0±0.5)℃,S为32~33的条件下,受精卵历时50h完成孵化;推算绿鳍马面鲀胚胎发育的生物学零度约为11.736℃,有效积温为463.2℃.h。并比较了常见的几种粘性卵鱼类的产卵习性和孵化条件,认为不同鱼种间卵子粘性和成因存在较大差异,黏性卵鱼种的卵子粘附多数依靠粘丝,少数依靠粘质,卵子以单体或卵块形式黏着于附着基上。 The artificial reproduction technique of Tharnnaconus modestus was investigated in spring and summer of 2010. The gonad was promoted mature by controlling the water temperature and light condition in the culture apart stage of 2-4 a adult fish. Zygote was obtained by artificial insemination with collected mature eggs and sperms. The embryonic development of Thamnaconus modestus was observed and pho toed. The time sequence and morphological features of the embryonic development at different stages were described. The fertilized eggs of Thamnaconus modestus are globular and sticky telolecithal eggs with thick egg membrane, and their diameter is in a range of (0. 607±0.03) mm (n=37). At the early stage of the egg development there were a number of oil-like bails (18-83 balls per egg, n= 37 ) which were greatly different in size, but all these balls were consolidated to a big one before hatching. Embryos were incubation of several fish species whose egg are sticky, the reasons for sticky egg of different species vary greatly. A few species' eggs stick to substance by viscosity colloid, more species by sticky silk. And the eggs which stick to substance were in the form of individual or lump.
