摘 要: [目的]监测恶霉灵在西瓜和土壤中的残留量。[方法]采用气相色谱法测定了恶霉灵在西瓜全果和土壤中的残留。[结果]恶霉灵在西瓜全果中的平均回收率为80.02%~83.25%,变异系数为1.12%~3.25%;在土壤中的平均回收率为80.11%~84.23%,变异系数为1.25%~3.08%。恶霉灵在西瓜和土壤中的消解动态以及最终残留结果表明,在湖南长沙和北京两地西瓜中的消解半衰期分别为3.40、3.13 d,在土壤中的消解半衰期分别为3.66、3.67 d。[结论]在西瓜上使用0.1%恶霉灵颗粒剂兑水剂,按照推荐使用剂量为600kg/hm2施药1次时,恶霉灵在西瓜上的安全期为14 d。 [Objective] The paper was to delect the residue of hymexazol in watermelon and soil.[Method] Gas chromatography(GC) method was used to measure the residue of hymexazol in watermelon and soil.[Result] The average recovery rate of hymexazol in entire watermelon fruit was 80.02%-83.25%,and the variation coefficient was 1.12%-3.25%;the average recovery rate in soil was 80.11%-84.23%,and the variation coefficient was 1.25%-3.08%.The degradation dynamics and the final residue results of hymexazol in watermelon and soil showd that the degradation half-lives in watermelon in Changsha(Hunan) and Beijing were 3.40 and 3.13 d,and the degradation half-lives in soil in two places were 3.66 and 3.67 d,respectively.[Conclusion] When 0.1% hymexazol granules watered agent were sprayed in watermelon fruits for 1 time according to the recommended dose of 600 kg/hm2,the safe period of hymexazol in watermelon could be set as 14 d.
