摘　　要： 目前,中医学类专业就业的形势相当严峻,核心的因素是大学生就业能力不足。因此,从中医学类专业大学生就业能力的培育模式改革入手,具有很强的现实意义和深远的战略意义。针对目前中医学类专业大学生就业能力培育模式中存在的一些问题,设计相应的改革方案。主要包括:(1)重视中医经典著作教学;(2)注重培养学生的自学能力;(3)加强实践性教学环节;(4)培养创新型师资队伍。 Objective：Now,the employment situation is quite grim for college students of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the core factor is lack of employment ability.Therefore,it is realistically and strategically significance starting from reform on cultivation mode of college students of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The paper designs reform program according to the problems in mode to cultivate employment ability of college students of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It mainly includes：（1）Attention on teaching of classic works of Traditional Chinese Medicine.（2）Pay more attention to and train the self-study ability.（3）Strengthen Practical Teaching Process.（4）Culture innovative teachers team.
