摘 要: 经济的发展、人们生活方式的改变要求健身娱乐业服务水平不断提高。此课题通过调查分析,认为浙江省健身娱乐业服务质量处于基本满意水平。可以通过调查顾客真实需求、提供适合的健身娱乐产品、细化服务流程、建立顾客为中心的服务管理制度体系和建立服务员工的保障体系等措施提高健身娱乐服务质量。 The economical development and rise of people' life standard requires high service quality of sports fitness and entertainment industry. The research shows that sports fitness and entertainment industry service quality in Zhejing province could just meet people' s needs. And the paper suggests several means to promote the quality of service,that is, providing rational products, standardizing service process, building customers' service management system and establishing security system of the staff of sport recreation industry.
