从龙泉浮选尾矿中回收萤石

摘  要: 试验所用浙江龙泉萤石尾矿有用矿物为萤石,脉石矿物以石英为主,并有方解石及少量的绢云母、铁质物。采用高效萤石捕收剂KY-2以及粗精矿再磨、6次精选、中矿返回再磨工艺流程能取得较好的选矿指标:CaF2品位为98.40%,二氧化硅为0.75%,CaF2回收率为93.24%。 The mineral available for comprehensive recovery from the longquan flotation tailings is fluorite,quartz was the major phase of the gangue,minor amounts of calaite,sericite and ferric mineral were also present.According to the characteristic of Longquan fluorite ore,fluorite flotation tests have been investigated by using KY-2.The test results show that high grade fluorite concentrate which contains 98.40% CaF2,0.75% SiO2 can be acquired by using a flotation flowsheet consisting of regrinding and six stage cleaning,and the recovery of CaF2 is 93.24%.
