摘 要: 运用氮蓝四唑(NBT)法、愈创木酚-过氧化氢比色法和紫外吸收法,分别测定不同温度贮藏及新采收的山豆根种子的SOD、POD、CAT活性,并测定发芽率,探讨两者的相关性。结果表明,山豆根种子的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性与发芽率均随贮藏时间的延长逐渐减弱,SOD、POD、CAT三种抗氧化酶活性与山豆根种子生命力的丧失有关,但不是影响山豆根种子生命力最关键的酶类。 This paper studied the relations between antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT) activities and germination rate of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep seed storaged at different temperatures by NBT, Methoxyphenol- H2O2 colorimetry ,Ultraviolet absorption and traditional germination technique. Results showed that SOD, POD and CAT activities and germination rate decreased with the store time prolonged. The activities of SOD, POD and CAT related with seed vigor of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep disappeared or not. but was not the most important enzymes for seed vigor of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.
