摘　　要： 企业对其核心竞争力构成要素的培育、整合和提升的过程,就是一个企业不断壮大发展的过程。"真功夫"通过培育和提升企业核心竞争力,使企业在洋快餐的压制下实现了高速的发展,"真功夫"培育和提升核心竞争力的方法和路径给其他中小企业提供了有益的借鉴和启示。 The process of cultivating,integrating and promoting the factors of enterprise＇s core competences is also the process of development of the enterprise itself.＂Kungfu＂develops very fast by cultivating and promoting its core competences under the pressure of competing with western fast food enterprises.The way and means that employed by＂Kungfu＂can act as a model of reference for other small and medium sized enterprises.
