摘　　要： 在一个典型的随机环境中,采用动态规划的方法,考虑到产品产量和资本积累,建立了HJB方程,方程的显式解表明军费开支会影响长期资本积累和经济增长率.该模型为减少军费开支对经济增长的负效应、增强其正效应提供了理论依据. Suppose that each country＇s military spending meet the stochastic process,consider the product output and capital accumulation,using the dynamic programming the HJB equation is established.Through the explicit solution of the equation,military spending will affect the long-term capital accumulation and the economic growth rate.It provides a theoretical basis for reducing the negative effects and enhancing positive effects of the economic development in military spending.
