摘　　要： 当前高职教学督导工作存在一些突出的问题,如督导人员职业资格模糊、督导团队结构不合理、督导工作职能缺失、督导的内容不够全面、督导工作方式和方法有待提高、督导制度建设缺乏活力。为建设专业化的教学督导团队,应该从其团队专业化建设、工作职能、督导内容、工作方法、制度建设等着眼点综合考虑。 There are outstanding problems in the current vocational teaching supervision, such as the supervisors＇occupation qualification is fuzzy,the teams＇ structure is unreasonable,lack of supervision function, contents of the supervision is not comprehensive enough,the simple ways and means in teaching supervision, lack of vitality to the team-construction of specialized teaching supervision,for the professional team-construction, We must think about its＇ function, content, working methods, system construction and so on.
