摘 要: 利用热重分析法,在不同升温速率下,对聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯热分解动力学进行研究.采用Kissinger,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa和Coats-Redfern等方法对其动力学数据进行分析.结果表明,聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯具有高的热稳定性能,确定其热反应机理函数为Mampel power法则,活化能E≈108kJ.mol-1.PPC的热降解反应遵循R1一维的相边界反应动力学机理,热降解反应首先发生在样品表面,并逐渐向内部推进. Thermogravimetric analysis is used to study the thermal decomposition kinetics of poly(propylene carbonate) at different heating rates.The mechanism function is identified with the kinetic parameters obtained from the analysis of TG-DTG curves by the Kissinger method,the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and the Coats-Redfern method.The results show that poly(propylene carbonate) exhibites good thermal stability.The most probable kinetic function of the thermal decomposition is Mampel power law.The activation energy is 108 kJ·mol-1,and the degradation is following to the R1 one-dimension phase boundary reaction mechanism.
