摘 要: 详细分析了边际成本法的定价理论基础,将有功实时电价的概念和计算方法推广到无功实时电价的计算中。为此,提出以电网运行成本最小为目标函数,建立含节点无功平衡约束的成本最小化模型,并通过IEEE14节点系统仿真计算来分析基于边际成本的无功定价方法。按用户实际消耗的无功电量计算无功电费并制定无功电价,可以合理地分摊系统的无功供电成本,给用户提供明确的经济信号并促进无功服务的投资。 Theoretical basis of pricing based on marginal cost is specified and concept and calculation method are extended to real-time active power price. Therefore, the paper proposes to build cost-minimized model with reactive power constrains of slack bus by taking minimum running cost as objective function; in addition, by IEEE 14 node system simulation calculation, pricing of reactive power based on marginal cost is analyzed. Reactive power charges in accordance to practical power consumption and pricing of reactive power can reasonably apportion reactive power supply cost, provide consumers with evident economic signals and improve investment on reactive power services.
