摘 要: 翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)足丝中氨基酸含量约占其干重的82%左右,足丝中酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸含量低;含量最高的是甘氨酸,约占氮基酸总量的17%。推论足丝丝部甘氨酸组成约为33%,具有胶原蛋白特征。 Amino acids composed of byssus accounted for about 82% of byssal dry weight in Perna viridis. The content of both tyrosine and phenylalanine were very low. but the highest was recorded in glycine which owned 17% of the weight of total amino acids. The results achieved in this paper demonstrated that the byssal threads shared features that are generally considered characteristic of collagen, namely, the presence of approximately 33% glycine.
