摘 要: 通过溶胶-凝胶浸渍涂层方法合成了CrO_x/SnO_2多层薄膜,同时添加Ni,pd等催化剂,添加量为1.0%;薄膜透明,厚度约为0.4~0.6μm。这种新型的薄膜传感器对低浓度还原性气体、可燃性气体具有较高的灵敏度,它具有气体传感器所必须的良好的稳定性,能用于检测环境可燃性气体。 The CrOx/SnO2 multilayers was synthesed by use of Sol gel method, and somecatalist ,such as Ni,Pd,was added.the amount of the the catalist added was 1.0%.Thethin film was 0.4~0.6μm thick.This novel thin film sensor has very high sensitivity tothe reducing gas combustible gas of low coneentration.It has extremely stability withwhich the gas sensors can be applied in praetice. Due to its good properties,it can beused to measure the ambient combustible gas.
