摘 要: 针对微波干燥的特殊性,建立起具有内部热源的热偏微分方程、湿传导热湿传导共同影响的质偏微分方程.采用有限差分数学方法,建立了干燥过程中各向同性农业物料的温度、水分计算表达式;确定了复杂的温度、水分有限差分边界条件.以苹果为实例,探讨有关质热特性系数关系式,然后进行理论计算.与实测相比较,结果十分接近.证实采用数学模拟微波干燥时物料内部温度、水分的扩散过程是可行的. A finite-calculus formulation is used to obtain numerical solutions to the simultaneous moisture andheat diffusion equations describing the moisture removal with heatmoisture diffusion and heat intake process with internal heat-source during microwave drying process.The model is used to solve a sample problem of drying apple.The distribution of temperature and moisture developed inside apple during the drying process are established.The predicted drying curve agree with experimental results.This technique has great potential for applications in explaining the complicated coupled phenomena of heat and mass transfer during microwave drying process.
