摘 要: 薄膜润滑的膜厚处于弹流润滑膜与边界润滑膜之间的纳米量级上,因此,普通的膜厚测试方法无法达到此范围,而先进的微观测量仪器(如STM、AFM)又与实际工况条件相差甚远。本文根据实验结果,就薄膜润滑的的特性以及与弹流润滑和边界润滑的关系进行初步地探索。 Abstract In thin film lubrication(film thickness is at nanometer scale),EHL rulde is no longer applicable when the film thins to a certain value which is the transition point be-tween EHL and TFL,Experments show that film thickness is related to the time of continu-ous running,which is called the time effect.The time effect and the mechanism of thin filmlubrication as well as the physical model of thin film lubrication is presented.
