摘　　要： 本文通过对400m栏全程过栏技术的分述和分析,总结了400m栏各技术环节的关键以及技术难点,并对不同水平选手的技术特征和差异进行了比较分析,为各教练员进行针对性训练提出了一些参考。 This article had gone to the analysing and a summary about hurdling technique of 400m hurdle, sum up the main points and the crusx of 400m hurdling technique, revealed hurdlers' technical characteristice and diversity between the different level players by the comparing and analysing. It may privide some reference for coaches working.
