中国旱麦草属植物研究

摘  要: 本文通过扫描电镜对旱麦属(Eremopyrum)植物进行显微观察,结合经典分类学研究,结果表明,旱麦草属在我国产4种,属内花粉粒特征与气孔类型较为一致.花粉粒为单孔型,外壁为模糊的细网状雕纹;气孔器是由一对铔铃型保卫细胞和一对副保卫细胞构成长的平列型,表明它们的亲缘关系很近.但是叶片近轴面表皮毛的类型、分布情况以及外稃背面被毛类型、密度均有明显差异,这是分种的重要依据,据此作了旱麦草属分种检索表和种的形态描述. The paper reports the results of the observation of the plants of Eremopyrum by scanning samples with electron microscope. With the results of classical sysematic study, the present observation shows four types of Eremopyrum plants exist in China, and the features of their pollen grains are relatively identical, so are the types of their stoma. The pollen grains are of monoporate type and the surface of their sexine is of unclear fine reticulate. Their stoma apparatus display a structure of long parallel type which are formed by a pair of dumbbell-lilce guard cells and subsidiary cells, which suggests that these plants share a very close attinity. However, there are obvious differencer in the types, distribution of the epidermal hair on the ventral surface of their leaves, and difference is also found in the hair type, and density of the lemma side, which is believed to be an important basis for classification. And on the basis of this, an index of classfication of Eremopyrum is worked out and a morphological description of each specier is given.
