摘　　要： 综述了几十年关于ＩＧＦｓ的研究成果，并重点介绍了ＩＧＦｓ的发现和命名的过程，ＩＧＦｓ的结构和功能，ＩＧＦｓ的作用机制以及ＩＧＦｓ的调节． This paper reviews the research on IGFs during the recent decades. Emphasis is laid on the finding and naming, structures and roles, the functional mechanism, and the regulation of IGFs. Lastly, the prospect for application is also discussed.
