摘 要: 原生地可可茶CameliaptilophylaChang经移植后,对其芽叶嘌呤碱进行了单株检测,表明野生可可茶群体大部分植株含可可碱为主,也有小部分的植株含咖啡碱为主,提出了引种和种苗繁殖应注意的问题.而对含可可碱的可可茶植株的跟踪分析表明。 trees of Csmellia ptilophylla Chang transplanted from original area were surveyed for their purine alkaloids and the results showed that 30 of the trees contained theobromine but 4 of them did caffeine as predominant purine alkaloids.Intra individual variation of punrine alkaloids from one particular tree over a period of April to October in two years showed that theobromine as predominant purine alkaliod didn't change after it was transphanted 1988.Intra species and intra individual variations of purine alkaloids showed that wild C.ptiophylla population is possibly not pure.To introduce real trees of C.ptiophylla contained theobromine as predominant purine alkaloid,it is neceassary the trees introduced must be detected for their purine alkaloids.The variations of purine alkaloids of C.ptilophylla must be continuously investigated.
