摘　　要： 作物品种区域化试验是品种繁育推广不可缺少的重要环节.区试中品种的基因型和环境交互作用的存在使区试数据的分析非常棘手.加性主效应和乘积交互作用模型(简称 AMMI 模型)是分析区试数据新的一类模型,与常规的方差分析模型和线性回归模型相比,该模型应用范围更广而且更有效.本文将着重介绍和讨论 AMMI 模型和用于表达 AMMI 分析结果的图形工具双标图(bi-plot),然后对1995年的南方稻区早籼中熟组区试数据进行 AMMI 分析.实例分析显示 AMMI 模型不仅是分析区试数据非常有效的工具,而且可以帮助我们深入了解基因型和环境交互作用. In the multilocation trials the interactions between the variety and site occur most of the times,which makes the data analysis very complicated.The additive main effects and multiplicative interaction(AMMI)model is a new developed model.Compared to the traditional ANOVA model and regression model,AMMI model is a more flexible and more efficient approach to explore the interaction.In this paper the AMMI model and biplot,an graphical tool to present AMMI analy- sis results,are introduced and discussed.One data set from Southern China Rice Trial is analyzed in details to illustrate the power and efficiency of AMMI analysis.
