摘　　要： 针对目前整体扭叶片叶轮难于加工的现状，提出了采用分离式组合成形电极加工整体叶轮的方法。同时还对成形电极设计过程中遇到的进给方向确定。 In view of current difficulties in processing integrated curved-blade turbine, this paper advanced a new processing method, in which applies the separable contoured electrode. Meanwhile it expounds some specific problems may meet in course of the design of contoured electrode, including fining the feeding direction, and avoiding interfering with the proximate blades.
