摘　　要： 介绍了一个网上Ｗｅｂ页课件开发与学习平台的系统设计，提出了以知识点为主的课件制作的标准化、构件化的思想，并给出了具体设计的部件模型。 The system design of courseware development and fearing platform of a Web Page in the network is stated in the paper,and also taking the idea of standardisation and structurization of courseware making based on knowledge point is set forth andthe Practical unit model which has been designed is provided.
