摘　　要： 高等教育的本质特征及高校的物流特点,决定了高校物资归口是高校管理的必然。归口前提的明确与管理方式的确立又是物资归口的现实要求。归口后的物资工作更应在工作思路与方法上有一个根本性的转变。 The essential law of higher education and the feature of materials circulation at university determine the necessity of the unified management of materials. the determination of the unified managenent and the estabishment of the mode of management are the present requirements of that. the reafter, there should be a fun-damentle shift in the way of thinking and working in the administration of the materials.
