摘　　要： 当前,研究生团工作还存在着许多不足,本文通过分析我校政治与行政学院研究生团员基本现状、团组织工作的措施、成就、存在的问题和原因,思考其改进的建议以及思路,从而逐步深入地探讨高校研究生团工作模式的创新。 At present,there are still many deficiencies in the graduate group work,the paper analyzes basic status of members in School of Politics and Administration Graduate,measures,achievements,problems and reasons of group organization,think about their suggestions for improvement and ideas,so gradually study the work mode of postgraduate group in-depth.
