摘 要: 研究了钙钛矿型锰氧化物La2/3Ca1/3 Mn1 - xTixO3(0 ≤x ≤0-3) 的结构、磁性和输运性质.发现Ti 替代Mn 强烈地抑制了La2/3Ca1/3 MnO3 的铁磁性和金属电导,并很大地提高了磁电阻值.在低掺杂情况下( x ≤0-04) ,1 % 的Mn 被Ti 替代,居里温度TC 和金属绝缘体转变温度Tp 分别平均下降了31 和26-5 K.当x = 0-06 时,铁磁态过渡为团簇玻璃态,并在x =0-20 时完全变为自旋玻璃态.指出由于Ti 的掺入而引起的磁稀释作用以及局域晶格畸变是产生上述结果的主要原因. The magnetic and transport properties of compounds La 2/3 Ca 1/3 Mn 1-x Ti x O 3( 0≤x≤ 0 3) have been investigated. The substitution of Ti for Mn suppresses the ferromagnetism and metal conduction and increases magnetoresistance dramatically. In the case of low doping( x ≤0 04), substituting Ti for 1% Mn lowers Curie temperature T C and metal\|insulator transition temperature T p by about 31 and 26 5?K respectively. The magnetic spontaneous state becomes cluster glass state for the compound with x= 0.06, and turns into spin\|glass state for the compound with x =0.20. The magnetic dilution and the local lattice distortion due to the introduction of Ti are suggested to explain the experimental results.
