摘　　要： 不同剂量的离子束注入玉米自交系、单交种、综合种不同类型材料的种子进行诱变处理．结果表明，从处理的自交系当代植株Ｍ１ 中发现了一个矮秆突变和一个返祖不育突变个体，Ｍ２ 后代在穗行间和穗行内株高等性状发生了较大的分离现象，从中选择到育种上可利用的中间材料．但不同遗传材料。 Three types of maize lines,hybrid crosses and synthetic varieties were mutagenized by using ion beam.Results showed that a dwarf mutation and an atavism sterile mutation were found in M 1 lines mutagenized,and that large segregation of plant height and another traits for plants among era lines and inside an era were observed in M 2.Results also showed differen sensitive effects of mutagenization for different traits and types of maize materials.
