摘　　要： 课程建设与改革是提高教学质量的核心,也是教学改革的重点和难点.本文阐述了基于远洋船舶轮机员工作过程的船舶辅机课程开发的思路,以轮机员岗位职责、工作流程分析为依据,进行课程内容的选择与排序,根据船舶轮机员职业能力要求,设计船舶辅机课程的学习情境,以行动为导向实施教学过程.使教学内容、履约要求以及企业需求深度融合,从而实现高素质技能型人才的培养目标. Course construction and reform is the core of improving teaching quality as well as difficult points in teaching reform.This article elaborates the design of ship auxiliary course,which is based on ocean-going ship engineer of marine auxiliary machine working process,engineer job duties and working process.The selection of course content and the design of the course learning environment are based on ship engineer competency requirements.The whole teaching process is action-oriented.The teaching contents,maritime conventions implemetation and business requirements are well integrated so as to achieve the training goals of highly skilled personnel.
