摘　　要： 本文阐述了实施仲裁监督的必要性及现行仲裁法关于仲裁监督制度的主要内容 ,同时分析指出现行仲裁监督制度上的缺陷及应完善的内容。 This article discusses the necessity of the supervision of arbitration and the main contents of the supervision system prescribed in the Arbitration Law. It also points out the defects of this system and offers suggestions for its improvement.
