秋水仙碱处理对茴香和芫荽精油成分及含量的影响

摘  要: 目的:探讨秋水仙碱处理对茴香和芫荽精油成分及含量的影响。方法:采用种子浸泡法进行秋水仙碱处理,同时蒸馏萃取法提取精油,GC/MS进行成分分析。结果:经秋水仙碱处理后,其茴香和芫荽胚根突变体的精油总含量和主要精油成分含量得到了明显提高。其中:茴香除了莳萝芹菜脑外,大多数精油成分的含量均超过了对照,特别是主要成分反式-茴香脑、柠檬烯、爱草脑和茴香酮与对照差异均达到了显著水平或极显著水平。芫荽除了4-松油醇以外,其余8种成分均超过了对照,且差异均达到了显著和极显著水平。结论:该研究为芳香植物精油含量的遗传改良提供了理论依据。同时,也为提高芳香植物精油产量提供了1条新的途径。 Objective: Discuss the induced effect of Colchicines treatment on components and contents of essential oil in Fennel and Coriander.Methods: Used the method of soaking seeds to do the colchicines treatment,and at the same time,extracted the essential oil by using simultaneous distilled extraction,and then analyzed the contents of the oil by GC/MS.Results: In the Fennel,contents of Dill apiol in anamorphosis radicle was a little lower than that of control,contents of majority essential oil in anamorphosis radicle were all remarkably higher than that of control,especially the contents of(E)-Anethole,Limonene,Estragole and Fenchone in anamorphosis radicle were all remarkably higher than that of control.In the Coriander,except for the 4-Terpineol,all the other eight contents were all remarkably higher than that of control.Conclusion: The research provided the theoretical basis for the nurture of high oil content of Aromatic plants new varieties,and also provided a new way to improve the output of the essential oil contents of the fragrant plant.
