摘　　要： 现代家庭越来越注重理财,尝试了许多家庭理财方法。掌握家庭理财的方法,可以让家庭更得心应手地理财,规避风险,提高家庭资产的效用,从而让家庭生活更为舒适。本文从家庭的角度对一些简单而又适用的家庭理财方法进行了理论分析和研究,并对不同类型的家庭理财提出了建议和对策。通过文字论证、图表论证、举例论证等方法,探讨了报表分析法、现金预算法、投资组合法几种家庭理财的方法,并讨论了不同类型家庭(中年家庭、青年家庭和老年家庭)根据自身实际情况所应该选择的理财方法。报表分析法适合于中年或青年家庭,现金预算法适合于老年家庭,投资组合法适合于中年、青年、老年家庭。最后得出的结论是:运用家庭理财方法可以提高家庭资产的效用,使家庭生活更为舒适;不同类型家庭可以根据自身实际情况选择合适的理财方法。 Modern families have paid more and more attention to financial planning, and they have tried out lots of methods.By mastering the methods of family's financial planning, you can make your families management with facility, avoid risk and improve the utility of the family's assets, and the family's life becomes more comfortable. This paper, first, from the family point of view, carries on theoretical analysis and researches about some simple and practical methods of family's financial planning, and raises some suggestions and countermeasure about the different family's financial planning; second, based on written proof, graphic proof, examples, etc. clarifies some methods of family's financial planning: the analytical method of financial statement, the method of cash budget, and the method of combination investment; third, discusses how to choose the right methods of financial planning for different kinds of families (the middle age family, the young family and the old family),and their actual situation, the analytical method of financial statement fits the middle age or the young family, the method of cash budget fits the old family, the method of combination investment fits the middle age, the young and the old family; finally, drives some conclusions: utilizing the methods of family's financial planning, you can improve the utility of the family's assets, the family's life becomes more comfortable; the different kinds of the families can choose the right methods for actual situation themselves.
