摘 要: 在对火箭布(扫)雷车综合效能进行系统分析的基础上,建立了火箭布(扫)雷车效能综合评价指标体系,提出了评价模型和评价方法,介绍了运用特征矢量法确定各因素权重的方法,最后构建了基于组件技术的分布式评估系统。文中综合考虑了评价过程中的定性指标及定量指标,为火箭布(扫)雷车的试验论证及技术保障提供了科学的依据。 By systematically analyzing the effectiveness of rocket minelaying(minesweeping) system,a synthetical evalua- tion index system of rocket minelaying(minesweeping) system's effectiveness is founded.The model and method of fuzzy evaluation on the synthetical effectiveness of rocket minelaying(minesweeping) system is put forward,and a method that decides the weighmess of each factor using eigenvector is introduced and an analysis instance is given.At last.a dynamic and distributed evaluation system was provided.The qualitative and quantitative indexes of evaluating process arc fully taken into consideration.The scientific foundation is provided for the experiment and argumentation of rocket minelaying(minesweeping) system and technical support.
