摘　　要： 加强民办本科院校的计算机科学与技术专业建设,不能照搬公立本科院校办学模式, 要以人为本,坚持创新,办出特色,不断开拓自己的生存空间;要突出学生的主体地位,加强学风建设,提供优质的教育、优质的管理、优质的师资和优质的实训环境,紧扣市场需求,调整课程设置和教学内容。唯有如此,才能为培养出适合市场需求的应用型计算机人才。 Private higher education institution computer science and technology related majors’ construction can not copy that of the public higher education. The private sector should be creative and should build its own characteristics so as to develop its own living space. In the process of the majors’ construction the following issues should be given enough attention: using students-centered approach; enhancing the forming of positive learning atmosphere; providing quality teaching, quality education administration; nurturing quality instructors and supeying the students with excellent training centers; targeting the needs of the personnel market; adjusting the curriculum and amending the teaching materials accordingly. By so doing we should the needed computer-related and IT personnel to the society.
